This intensive program dramatically matures the project management and leadership skills of the candidates, while preparing them to pass the PMP® exam. Our Boot Camp has proven itself as a very effective training program, focusing on imparting practical project management tools and techniques. The program is supplemented by interactive lectures, review sessions, and hands on exercises employing the latest techniques in accelerated learning methods.
A comprehensive suite of deliverables sets it apart and makes it a unique program. The workbook is based on the PMBOK® Guide, encompassing all the project management knowledge areas and processes.

To apply for the PMP® Credential, you need to have either:
A four-year degree (bachelor’s or the global equivalent) and at least three years of project management experience, with 4,500 hours leading and directing projects and 35 hours of project management education. OR
A secondary diploma (high school or the global equivalent) with at least five years of project management experience, with 7,500 hours leading and directing projects and 35 hours of project management education.
The final step in gaining certification is passing a multiple-choice, psychometric-based examination designed to objectively assess and measure your project management knowledge. It is recommended that you have achieved the experience requirements prior to taking this course. This course is spaced over 35 hours and requires 5 person-days to complete – the curriculum is intensive.
