Prerequisite

A working knowledge on basic PC skills or Windows is required for this training and preferably with background in project management methodologies.

Course Description

This 2-day instructor-led workshop is intended to provide a solid foundation in the use of Microsoft Project as an effective software tool for project planning, task scheduling, tracking and monitoring as well as evaluation of projects.
