Course Description

At the heart of a project’s success is the availability of quality requirements. User stories, using natural language that is understandable to both customers and developers, provide a means for developing quality requirements in a short period of time.

 

This 1-day workshop introduces participants to User Stories – the preferred method for developing requirements in the Agile practice. This course will help participants understand and apply the art of progressively defining project requirements with the creation of suitable user stories. It  teaches the fundamental principles, practices, and techniques in writing user stories that will effectively support the iterative and incremental nature of Agile.
