Course Description
This 2- day workshop introduces the student to the basic concepts of project time management principles, policies, and responsibilities based on PMBOK 4th edition. It provides guidance on carrying out the vital responsibilities of a Project Manager in managing schedules and handling the challenges and problems that arise during the life of a project. Lecture and discussion are reinforced with a team and individual exercises.
Course Objectives
Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:
