Course Description
This 2-day course introduces the student to the basic concepts of project management (PMBOK based). It provides the theory and the core methodology one will need to manage projects or participate on project teams. Lecture and discussion are reinforced with team and individual exercises, and case study assignments.

Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:
