Operations Management Basics

Course Description

This 2-day instructor-led workshop is designed for participants to run their own accounts and operations on a long-term basis.  The target is for participants to design and forecast performance based on the four areas of operations – Cost, Quality, Delivery, and Service. 

Course Objectives

At the end of this course, the participant should be able to: 

  1. Apply learning and assumptions on the four focus areas of Operations – Cost, Quality, Delivery, and Service.

  2. Use relevant tools in measuring and forecasting performance.

Pre-requisite

An attendee who intends to join this workshop is recommended to at least have experience managing operations for a small group or business, but not strictly required.
