This is a 2- day workshop course that introduces the student to the basic concepts of project management. It provides the theory and the core methodology one will need to manage projects or participate on project teams based on PMBOK v.6. It covers the 10 Knowledge Areas of PMBOK. Lecture and discussion are reinforced with workshop based on their actual project using a tool like MS Project or Open Project.
