THE JOB
We are looking for experienced Business Development Officer who will work together with the rest of the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly revenue sales targets. Your primary responsibilities and accountabilities are:

Achieve monthly sales revenue target by successfully closing deals with clients.

Develop strategies and execute accordingly to ensure achievement of sales targets.

Broaden relationships with existing key accounts to deepen market penetration year on year.

Identify new markets to pursue to expand market share year on year.

Promote ongoing special offers and programs to clients.
-
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline ensuring all leads assigned our responded to in a timely manner.

Create and submit proposals to customers within two (2) business days from date of inquiry.

Successfully negotiate sales proposals and packages with customers.

If you have these qualifications, then you might be the candidate we are looking for:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales with strong selling background preferably in the IT or BPO industry.

Proven track record with a solid network of clients with roles preferably in the HR and IT departments.

Demonstrated capability to strategize on developing his/her own sales plan to achieve targets.

Determined, highly motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.

Can work both in a team setting or can perform independently.

Capable of thriving in competitive markets.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or any business-related course.

Proficient in office productivity tools (i.e. Windows, Microsoft Office) and CRM.

Above average English written and communication skills.

Good interpersonal and relationship skills.
