Communicating effectively is a critical business skill that contributes to the success of a job or an organization at large.  This 16-hour course will cover the essentials of business correspondence—both oral and written—to boost productivity, increase efficiency, exhibit professionalism, and foster relationships in the workplace.

At the end of this course, the participant should be able to:

  2. Improve and acquire skills necessary to effectively and efficiently get messages across. 

  3. Apply the 5 C’s of business correspondence via the spoken and written form.
