Course Description
This is a two-day workshop course in assessing the impact of risks, plan, mitigate, manage and control risks in all types of Projects whether IT or non-IT. This will include theoretical and practical concepts generally applicable to all types of projects.
Objectives
Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:

Pre-requisite
Completed Project Management course and has actual experience in managing/leading or participating in projects.
