Course Description 

This 2- day workshop introduces the student to the basic concepts of project contract management principles, policies, and responsibilities. It provides guidance on carrying out the vital responsibilities of a Project Manager in managing contracts and handling the challenges and problems that arise during the life of a contract. This workshop will provide a legal understanding of a contract. Lecture and discussion are reinforced with the team and individual exercises.
